Salon Etiquette

ARRIVING

  • In respect of your stylist and clients booked after you, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
  • You may be required to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes past your booked time.

ON-LINE BOOKING

  • Your valid email and cell phone number are required to book your appointment.
  • A confirmation email and/or text will be sent to you to guarantee your appointment with your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You will be reminded of your appointment 48 hours beforehand.
  • If you must cancel after this reminder you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS (CERTIFICATES)

The Lounge Voucher makes the perfect gift. However, Gift Vouchers (Certificates) are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gratuities.

INTERNET

Free Wi-Fi is available at The Lounge just ask for the login id and password.

LENGTH OF HAIR

We consider:

  • short hair to be above the chin
  • medium hair to be between the chin and shoulder
  • long hair to be below the chin

PARKING

  • There is plenty of meter parking right outside on Richards St

GRATUITIES

  • If you enjoyed your services and wish to provide a tip to your stylist, please do so directly or with the front desk.

OUR BEST FRIEND

  • We all love our pets and do not discourage you from bringing your dog into The Lounge.
  • In respect of other guests, we ask that you keep them in close proximity at your feet.

OUR PLACE IS YOUR PLACE

  • Please treat this like your home when you are visiting, but for the pleasure of other guests around, you please keep your feet off the furniture.

COME ALONE

  • Unless accompanying a minor, please come to the salon on your own.

VIDEOING OR VIDEO CONFERENCING OUR STYLISTS WORKING

  • Unless our stylists has agreed, please do not video or videoconference our stylists while conducting your appointment
