SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday and usually ship within 24 – 72 hours if all items in the order are available, please check the ‘estimated delivery time’ as posted on the product information page for individual items. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.

Orders placed on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays. Orders placed on weekends usually ship on the following business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact lance@loungehairstudio.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed. If this is the case, please accept the package and either return the item to us.

What are the fees?

  • Orders $60+ (before applicable taxes and after discounts) ship FREE*
  • Or you require a tracking # Canada Post parcel rates apply
  • $8.00 shipping on orders less than $60 (before applicable taxes and after discounts) in the Vancouver Tri-City area – no tracking number provided.

*Free shipping offer does not cover multiple shipments. If an item in your order is out of stock and you would like the available items shipped immediately shipping charges will apply for the backordered items.

How do I track my PAckage?

  • For Canada Post Parcel, Express Post and Post Priority Orders, the tracking number for your order will be available on the Shipping Order Details page once shipped – appropriate shippings times apply.
  • Items sent regular Canada Post will not receive a tracking number – please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

What if there is a mistake with may address?

If, for any reason Canada Post corrects your provided shipping address they will apply a charge to your shipping cost which we will add to your order. Please note that we will do this independently of our free shipping offer.

If Canada Post returns your package to us due to an incorrect address, the customer pays all shipping costs to re-ship customers package to corrected address or pays for actual shipping costs of initial shipment.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

The Lounge delivers within Canada only; standard shipping rates apply unless specified. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. Deliveries to rural/ remote areas and the Territories might require additional shipping charges.

Are all shipments delivered with no signature required (NSR?)

Yes, all shipments are delivered as NSR if the carrier deems it safe to leave the shipment. In situations where the carrier is unable to do so, they will leave a delivery notice. If you receive a notice, you may pick up your item or arrange another delivery date when you will be available to receive it.

Taxes

Orders shipping to Canadian addresses are charged the applicable GST or HST based on destination province, and are automatically calculated at checkout.
